Cancellation Policy


1.Cancellation:


Orders can be cancelled with 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2.Refunds:


Refunds are issued for eligible cancelled orders or returned items.

Cancellation Procedure:

If the order has already been processed or approved, we will inform the customer that the cancellation request cannot be accommodated.

      6.  Refund Processing:


If the cancellation request is approved and the payment has been processed, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
